Delete your account and data
The website does not keep app accounts or reading history. You control records stored on your device; use the support route below for account-linked online data.
How to submit a deletion request
- Use the email button below or open the support/data area inside the app.
- State the email used with Google sign-in and ask us to delete your account and associated data. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.
- Support will verify the account safely, explain the scope and confirm when the request is complete.
Data deleted or anonymized
Deletable account links, active sessions, notification links, support notes, server-held user content and reading records that can be linked to the account are deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
Records that may be retained for a limited period
Google manages Google Play purchase history. Larisa may retain the required portion of purchase, coin, refund and security records for accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution for as long as those purposes require.
Verification and timing
Our target is to acknowledge a request within 7 days. Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days; if law or security requires more time, we will explain why and provide a revised date.
